Which supplement is better?
5-HTP is more specific to creating Serotonin, whereas L-Tryptophan supplies the brain with more nutrients such as Niacin.
If you already take supplements containing Niacin, then 5-HTP might be better. If you want a supplement that offers both, then L-Tryptophan is ideal.
